POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Potential Clients are required to read these Policies and Procedures** before entering into any contract with Bossed Media. By entering into a business relationship with Bossed Media, you (the Client) agree and consent to the following policies and procedures:

Branding Worksheet

Clients will receive a short Branding Worksheet to complete before the start of the design process. This will allow Bossed Media to understand you requirements and provide you with the most accurate quote. If this worksheet is not completed, we will not be able to take on your project. 

Payments and Deposits

We accept payments from all major credit card companies (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) via PayPal Invoice. A processing fee of 3.5% is added to all invoices.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to start the project. Upon completion of the project the remaining amount will be due. Once the full balance is paid, all work will be delivered/released to the client.

Revisions

Once the initial mockup is provided, the client will receive three revisions. During the revisions the client will list small edits/changes to move the right design for the client. All revisions must be submitted to Bossed Media in writing. Even if revisions are discussed verbally, the updates will not be completed until the request is received in writing from the client.

Cancellations

If the project is cancelled before completion, the project deposits are forfeit.

Abandoned Projects

A project shall be considered abandoned after 30 consecutive days wherein Bossed Media has not received any response, contact or activity from the client. Deposits are forfeit without option for recovery with all abandoned projects. Any renewal of project after closure will require a new contract, fee schedule and deposit.

Communication

We believe that an open line of communication is required to in building an awesome brand. We are here to guide our clients from onset to completion of their projects. Even though we have meetings in person, skype or facetime; the preferred form of communication is via email.

Printers

We do not print but we work with trustworthy third party printers in the area that can handle all your printing needs.

Marketing/Promotions

Bossed Media retains rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for marketing purposes.
